  1. The Owner uses anonymized data for targeted delivery of advertising and/or informational materials based on age, gender, or other data; for conducting statistical research; and for any other purposes in line with the Owner’s activities.
  8. The Owner has the right to transfer personal data or the personal data database, including the User’s personal data, in whole or in part, to third parties without notifying the User in the following cases:
    • To entities to which the Service has been transferred for management, possession, or ownership;
    • To entities related/affiliated with the Owner;
    • To the new owner of the Service for processing for the purposes provided in this Agreement;
    • To other users of the Services (both individuals and legal entities), if the Service provides such functionality and it does not violate the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection.”
  9. The User has all the rights regarding the protection of their personal data as provided by the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” namely:
    1. Personal non-property rights to personal data, which every individual possesses, are inalienable and inviolable.
    2. The data subject has the right:
      1. To know the location of the personal data database containing their personal data, its purpose, and the name, location, and/or place of residence (stay) of the owner or controller of the personal data, or to authorize designated persons to obtain this information, except in cases provided by law;
      2. To receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom their personal data is transferred;
      3. To access their personal data;
      4. To receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of the request, except in cases provided by law, a response indicating whether their personal data is stored in the relevant personal data database and to receive the content of such stored personal data;
      5. To submit a reasoned request to the owner of personal data objecting to the processing of their personal data;
      6. To submit a reasoned request for the modification or deletion of their personal data by any owner or controller of personal data if such data is processed illegally or is inaccurate;
      7. To protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide, or untimely provision, as well as protection from the provision of information that is inaccurate or defames the honor, dignity, and business reputation of an individual;
      8. To file complaints regarding the processing of their personal data with state authorities and officials responsible for ensuring personal data protection or with a court;
      9. To apply legal remedies in case of violations of personal data protection legislation;
      10. To make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data when giving consent;
      11. To withdraw consent for the processing of personal data;
      12. To know the mechanism of automatic personal data processing;
      13. To be protected from automated decisions that have legal consequences for them.
  10. Personal data processing is carried out in data centers where the equipment ensuring the operation of the Services is located. The Owner takes all measures provided by law to protect the User’s personal data, including processing personal data on equipment located in secure premises with restricted access.
  11. The Owner has the right to unilaterally amend the terms of this Agreement. In such cases, all changes will be published at this address and will be binding on the User 10 days after such publication.
